He Is Good

This morning I woke up with a song in my heart!

We just had Greenhouse, our Women’s Ministry, last night and the Holy Spirit was all up and through there doing His thang and tugging at the hearts of the women in the room.

And I am so full of joy! I was reminded of 2 Chronicles 5:13 which says,

The trumpeters and musicians joined in unison to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, the singers raised their voices in praise to the LORD and sang: “He is good; his love endures forever.”

2 Chronicles 5:13

We serve a good God, family, and we can all find so much joy and peace knowing that His love never ends for us. Take that in for a moment… You serve a God who is constant.

I was having a conversation with my son the other day and we were talking about God’s goodness; how He takes care of us and is consistent with how He feels about us. Maybe you’re like us, and school started for you last week. Your kiddos are getting back into the groove of things, and maybe you are too! I want to encourage you to be intentionally praying for your family and worshiping with them. Let’s model to our kiddos that we serve a God who deserves all the praise and all the glory. I want us all to model a posture of thankfulness to those around us.

Today, may you know that “He is good, and His love endures forever.”
