Strong Boundaries Will Save Your Relationships

Having boundaries does not make you a bad person.

In order to build a strong life we need strong boundaries. Boundaries help create healthy balance in relationships and allow you to love yourself and others simultaneously.

In order to have healthy relationships, we must realize that boundaries aren’t about keeping others out. They actually allow others in while keeping your needs in mind.

So, how do we build boundaries?

  1. Define them - decide what they are.

  2. Build them - commit to them and communicate them.

  3. Display them - live them out.

  4. Re-establish them - reaffirm them when they’re broken.

Boundaries don’t make you a bad person, they will actually make a better, healthier, and stronger you.
