Thoughts are like a fuse on a firecracker - once lit they will produce an explosion of actions, beliefs, and choices. The problem is, we often get caught in thinking traps where we believe certain lies about our thoughts that lead to unhealthy actions.

Strong people combat these traps and take control of their thoughts instead of letting fear-based thinking run their minds. Ready for healthy, positive thinking? Ask yourself these two questions about your thoughts:


  1. Does this thought help me become who I want to be?

    2. Is this thought accurate and complete?

After asking ourselves these questions, we can choose to how respond. How we think and what we think about is key to a healthy, strong life.
