Unlearn Codependent Behavior

What is codependency?

Codependency is leaving yourself in order to not be left by someone else. It starts in childhood and is often learned in family dynamics.

4 STEPS (4).png

Codependency results in exhaustion and doesn't foster healthy relationships or strong people. So, how do we stop being codependent?

1. Believe you are loved and worthy as you are.
2. Tell the truth about your needs and wants.

We do not have to transfer unhealthy patterns from our childhood to our current relationships. Stop codependency, and start loving the strongest version of you.
